Montfort High School, Delhi was established in 1970 and is named after its founder, Saint Louis Mary de Montfort, a French priest and Catholic saint. It is an unassisted Christian minority school run by the Saint Gabriel Brothers Association. It is a coeducational school and is recognized by the Delhi Ministry of Education and it is also affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education of the Government of India.
The school has a long history since it started 50 years ago. Since its inception, the Foundation has been characterized by major changes in terms of academia and other activities. Over the years, the school has always been committed to providing current and future students with the best teaching, facilities, equipment, and educational programs. The school has in common being one of the "Best Schools in Delhi". It is well designed and built with its own school buildings, with the main building in the city center with unique architecture, built on a plot of 6.41 acres dotted with beautiful green trees along the borders. There are 180 classrooms including 56 classrooms and many other activity rooms.
A beautiful statue from the founder of the Saint Gabriel Brotherhood, Saint Louis Marie de Montfort, finds a picturesque spot at the end of the lane at the entrance to the school buildings, surrounded by lovely seasonal flowers. It is a center of attraction for all students, parents, and visitors.
The teaching and learning process has been improved with the help of the intelligent interactive system from preschoolers to class X with the latest software. Sports and games are an indispensable part of Montfortian education in all of our schools. Montfortian has represented India and won titles at international events/conferences in Geneva, Switzerland, Manila, Turkey, etc.

Rules For Admission to KG:
1. As a policy, the school accepts students only in preschool classes.
2. For admission to preschool, the child must be in the age group 3-4 years as of April 1 of the year of admission.
3. Admission to classes other than preschool will depend on vacancies and related information can be obtained from the school office/notice board one week prior to the start of the new academic year.
4. The age requirement for other grades will be based on the preschool age criteria above.
5. The official acceptance of the eleventh category will be five days after the result of the meeting according to the criteria.
